Kimbap (pronounced keem-bahp) is a Korean dish made with cooked rice, vegetables, and fish/meats all wrapped up in seaweed. Kimbap is often called Korean sushi, and the only limit for the fillings is your imagination! Some popular options are freshly pickled daikon, imitation crab, spinach, fish cake, and bulgogi. Nearly anything can go for kimbap filling! Lastly, don't forget to add some taytsa spread to spice up the flavor!
Recipe:
1. Gather ingredients: cooked rice, seaweed sheets, daikon, imitation crab, spinach, fish cake, and bulgogi.
2. Layer the rice on the seaweed sheet evenly, then add the ingredients and roll it up!
3. Serve with taytsa!
