Shobami

A delicious jalapeno sauce that creates an umami flavor when used as an ingredient.  It may be medium, but it definitely has a zesty kick. Goes great in hummus, guacamole, mac and cheese, cornbread etc. It also works wonderfully as a marinade for meats or even simply as a topping. The flavor also stands alone with simply dipping it with pita bread or as a topping on bread with cream cheese. The possibilities are endless!

We are having a test run in late October 2021 and will have our first batch soon after.
